How to Clean your Oven with Quick n Brite | Safe Oven Cleaner Recipe

It's that time of the year again where neglected ovens everywhere need to be cleaned! Quick n Brite is here to help make cleaning that oven easier with. Our cleaning product offers an easy way to clean your ovens without any harmful chemical spray. As Thanksgiving nears upon us, friends, family or loved ones gather around the table to feast on a Thanksgiving dinner, the many hours of prep that go into that meal are often forgotten.

The most popular appliance for Thanksgiving dinner is of course, the oven. Turkeys, pies, stuffings and casseroles all get their start in the oven.

If cleaning the oven isn't on the top of your priority list, over the year the spilled food and cooked on messes can really add up. Even if you have a self cleaning oven, the self cleaning cycle can take hours and fill your home with a thick cloud of black, smelly smoke, not to mention the energy the cleaning cycle consumes. Whether you have a quick "spill-over" to clean up, or months of baked on food Quick n Brite can tackle any size job without using chemicals.

The first thing you want to do is brush out the majority of the food residue using a small handle broom, paper towels, or even a handheld nozzle on a vacuum or shopvac on low, depending on the degree of the mess. Make sure to use extra caution near the lighting elements. Then, apply Quick n Brite full strength using a wet scrub sponge or brush. Much like cleaning your fireplace (see directions here), it is easiest if you split the oven into sections and clean small areas at a time. Starting towards the top, apply the Quick n Brite cleaner in small 5-6 inch sections using a circular scrubbing motion and work your way down the sides of the oven, and finally to the bottom. Next, repeat the same process on the oven door, working in small sections. Remember, Quick n Brite works best when left to sit and results aren't always instant. After the Quick n Brite is applied onto your oven, shut the door and turn your oven on low for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow time for it to cool, then using a damp terry cloth towel simply wipe out the remaining residue in your oven. You will not need any elbow grease or masks for the noxious fumes! With Quick n Brite, cleaning your oven is an easy and approachable job!

How to Clean Hot Tub Covers | Clean Hot Tubs

If you're looking for a safe, all natural way to clean your hot tub cover without using harmful chemicals, you have come to the right place. Here in the Pacific Northwest hot tub covers face many seasons of changing weather and during the rainy months are covered with moss, mildew and mold. In other ares of the country hot tub covers need cleaning from red dirt and clay, hard water and more. Quick 'n Brite is the solution for all these problem areas.

  1. It is best to start with a wet hot tub cover, so clean after it has rained, or use your garden hose to wet down the hot tub cover.
  2. Spray Quick 'n Brite Heavy solution (mix 2/3 c. of Quick n Brite to 1 gallon of water) onto the hot tub water or apply solution from a bucket using a stiff bristle brush.
  3. Let Quick 'n Brite cleaning solution sit on the hot tub cover for 10 minutes (or longer). Do not let solution dry on hot tub cover. As long is the surface is wet, it cannot sit "too long" (If Quick 'n Brite cleaning solution dries on your hot tub cover, it will not harm it in any way, but instead of being able to use a garden hose and easily rinse it off, you may have to gently scrub off the solution in areas)
  4. Use a stiff bristle brush to scrub hot tub cover, taking extra care around the corners of the hot tub where wear and tear shows most.
  5. Rinse hot tub cover with a garden hose.
  6. If there are certain areas where build up remains on the hot tub cover, apply Quick 'n Brite full strength with a stiff bristle brush and let sit 10 more minutes before rinsing with a garden hose.

We recommend:
Quick n Brite Paste

The 80 oz. paste makes 320 quarts of Light Solution for jobs like cleaning marble countertops or mirrors or make 53 quarts of Heavy Solution for jobs like cleaning patios or driveways.
